Drawer Series
Premium drawer channel solutions including soft close, extra premium and heavy duty variants.
Ball Bearing Drawer Channels Built for Daily Use
STONN drawer channels are made from cold-rolled steel with an electro-plated black finish that holds up in kitchens, workshops, and storage rooms. Every channel in the series uses a full ball bearing mechanism so drawers roll out and close without sticking, dragging, or rattling over time.
The range covers three load ratings so you can match the channel to the drawer and its contents rather than guessing. Light storage gets the Soft Close Channel, heavy tool drawers get the Heavy Duty, and everything in between fits the Extra Premium.
Three Channels, One System
Soft Close Channel - 40 KG Rating
The 40 KG soft close channel is a side-mounted unit that fits standard kitchen and bedroom drawers. The soft close mechanism absorbs the last 50 mm of travel so the drawer does not slam shut. Cold-rolled steel construction with electro-plated black gives it a clean look that stays consistent over years of daily opens and closes.
The push-to-open version of this channel works with handleless cabinet designs where you press the drawer face to release it. It is a good fit for modern kitchens where hardware breaks up the clean line of the doors.
Extra Premium Channel - 45 KG Rating
The Extra Premium Channel handles 45 KG and is a step up in build quality. The steel is heavier gauge, the ball bearings are a larger diameter, and the overall extension is a full 100% so the drawer comes out completely and you can see everything inside. Use this for cutlery drawers, spice drawers, or any pull-out where you need the extra reach.
The profile is slim enough to fit inside standard cabinet carcasses without modifying side panels. It is available in lengths from 300 mm to 550 mm to cover most kitchen cabinet depths.
Heavy Duty Channel - 100 KG Rating
Workshop tool chests, server room drawers, and industrial storage need a channel that will not bend or bind under load. The 100 KG Heavy Duty Channel uses a three-section design with a full-extension bottom mount. The load is spread across a wider bearing contact area so the drawer stays level even when it is loaded unevenly on one side.
The black electro-plated finish on the Heavy Duty series is the same process used on the lighter channels, meaning it will not chip or flake under normal workshop conditions. Installation is straightforward with pre-drilled holes at standard spacing.
Installation and Compatibility
All three channels mount with standard wood screws through pre-drilled pilot holes. Side clearance is 12.5 mm on each side, which is the standard for most Indian cabinet carcasses. No special jigs are needed, though a simple side-mount jig will speed up repeat installation if you are fitting an entire kitchen.
Lengths available: 300 mm, 350 mm, 400 mm, 450 mm, 500 mm, and 550 mm across most models. Check the individual product page for the exact size range for each channel.
Finish and Material
Cold-rolled steel is the base material for every channel in the range. After forming, the steel goes through an electro-plating process that deposits a uniform layer of black coating. This is harder and more scratch-resistant than a painted finish and will not peel at the edges where the drawer slides in and out.
The ball bearings are steel with a light grease fill. They do not need additional lubrication under normal indoor use.
